Every Levriera harness is made to order with your dog's name, so it can't be resold. Instead of returns, we fix things.
Free Fit Swap (wrong size)
If the harness doesn't fit, email hello@levriera.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a photo of the harness on your dog with the straps fully adjusted, and your dog's chest measurement. We'll make a new one in a different size with the same name, free, including shipping. One free swap per harness. You don't need to send the original back. Damaged, faulty or our mistake
If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing fault (for example a broken buckle or failed stitching), or has a printing error on our side, email us within 30 days of delivery with photos. You choose a free replacement or a full refund. You don't need to return anything.

Change of mind
Personalised items are made to your specification, so they are not covered by the 14-day cancellation right for distance purchases (Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, regulation 28(1)(b)). This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

The rope leash is not personalised. You can return an unused leash within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email hello@levriera.com first and we'll send you the return address. You pay the return postage unless the leash is faulty.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. For a returned leash, that means within 5 business days of it reaching us. Your bank may take a few more days.
