Every harness is made to order with your dog's name, so we can't resell it. Instead of returns, we fix things.
Free Fit Swap (wrong size)
If your harness doesn't fit, we'll make a new one in a different size with the same name, free of charge, including shipping. Email hello@levriera.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a photo of the harness on your dog with the straps fully adjusted, and your dog's chest measurement. One free swap per harness. No need to send the original back. Your new harness is made to order again, then ships free with tracking (about 6 to 10 working days in transit).
Damaged, defective or our mistake
If your harness arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect (for example a broken buckle or failed stitching), or has a printing error on our side, email us within 30 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, your choice. No need to return anything.
Order never arrived
If tracking shows no delivery 30 days after shipping, contact us and we'll reship or refund.
Changes and cancellations
We print the name exactly as you type it, so please check the spelling before you order. Spotted a mistake? Email us straight away and we'll fix it if your harness hasn't gone into production yet. Once it's in production, the Free Fit Swap still covers size, but we can't refund a change of mind on a personalized item.
What isn't covered
Spelling errors in the name you entered, normal wear, chewing, and damage from misuse. Our rope leash can be returned unused within 30 days for a refund; return shipping is paid by you unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days.
